The city of Akaran has been the center of trade and cultural mixing for the past three hundred years. Every race, even the most monstrous, have been welcomed and the city has become a multi-cultural paradise with a council with one representative for every racial population over 100. One creature that has recently wormed its way into the city recently might not be so welcome however, even though it's population ranges in the thousands, and they've already elected their representative...
